Website Use
This website introduces Skotmark Clothing by YemTwo Lifestyle and lets visitors request custom apparel and bulk clothing quotes. The information on the site is for general enquiry and business discussion.
Quotes and Orders
Prices, timelines, minimum order quantities, fabrics, GSM, branding methods, sample costs, packing, delivery, and payment terms are confirmed separately for each order. A website enquiry does not create a confirmed order until both sides agree in writing.
Samples and Approval
For custom apparel, sample approval may be required before production. Buyers are responsible for checking size, fabric, logo placement, colour, and finishing details during approval.
Artwork and Brand Assets
If you send logos, labels, designs, or brand assets, you confirm that you have the right to use them for production. Skotmark may use those files only for quoting, sampling, and producing your order.
Claims, Certificates, and Proof
Certification names, customer reviews, and business metrics should be treated as valid only when supported by current documents, certificate IDs, customer permission, or other proof connected to the specific order or business listing.
Limitations
We try to keep site content accurate, but website content may be updated or corrected. Final commercial terms are the terms agreed directly with the buyer.
